Our exercise program is extremely effective because it utilizes what is called interval training. During interval training, you will keep your monitored heart rate in a prescribed zone. This will be effective both during your workout and long after it. Some of the effects that can be felt for up to a day and a half after each class include a sped-up metabolism and increased energy. In fact, most new members experience weight loss results of around 3 to 5 pounds a week when they join Orangetheory.
When you join, the coaches and trainers at Orangetheory will meet with you to determine what you are trying to get out of the program. Then, you can decide which membership level is best for you. People love our gym trainers' ability to both inspire a high-energy group workout while giving each client the personal attention they need. Your coach will guide you along as you rotate between the three stations in our workout and instruct you on proper form as well as the best use of each station's 12 pieces of equipment.
